Live commerce is all about innovation. Enthusiasts who are rethinking e-commerce to make it more human, closer to the consumer, more fun and, above all, more efficient.

When I launched Caast in 2020, I did so to accompany them on this adventure.

One of Caast's missions is to provide the best live and video commerce solutions and the most suitable resources for e-tailers.

This blog is largely dedicated to them.

1400 lives, and a lot to learn

Live shopping can sometimes seem complex, stressful, expensive and even frustrating. And it can be!

But at Caast, we've proven that with the right approach, the right tools, and the right ideas, live can be transformed into a brilliant adventure and an inexhaustible source of commercial performance for retailers, brands and pure players alike.

We've supported over 1,400 live commerce sessions with some of the biggest names in e-commerce, including Boulanger, Carrefour, Decathlon, Sephora, Cultura and many others.

Every day, it's a pleasure for me and the whole Caast team to be part of this unique adventure, and to see our partners reach new heights thanks to our solutions.

So why this blog?

This blog is an opportunity to highlight the exceptional work carried out by our customers, their lives and the associated results.

We'll be sharing detailed case studies, testimonials, and trend analyses that can guide you in your own live commerce initiatives.

I want the Caast team, who work every day to build the future of e-commerce, to share their strategic, operational and technical expertise.

The tech team will share with you what's new in the Caast solution, which has grown considerably since 2020 to become the most advanced solution on the market today.

You'll also find practical advice, feedback and tips for maximizing your performance during live commerce sessions.

Personally, I'd also like to share with you some original ideas for making your next live session a success.

I want this blog to be as inspiring, informative and useful as possible for everyone involved in e-commerce.
