The second reason is technical. We have to check all the equipment: the cameras, does everything work? are the batteries charged?
It may be silly, but it's essential! No battery, no shooting!
If the place is too small, the cameramen will have a hard time moving from left to right and that's absolutely what we want to avoid.
Is the lighting strong enough? Is there no shadow?
The sound... ouch ouch the sound... If you install a HF kit with a tie microphone, you must check that the batteries are charged.
These are very small tips but they will save you the shooting.
