[ # 5 🎥 - K.'s Live Shopping tips] How to encourage people to comment during your Lives?

The big strength of #LiveShopping is its interactive dimension. However, we're often asked how to get users to be active during Lives 🤔

It couldn't be simpler! We explain👇

Welcome your audience

First of all, welcome the first new nicknames that appear! This way, you're already integrating the first participants into the Live and a sense of community is established.

Ask participants questions

"What do you think of our new product? What product are you currently using? "

Ask your audience for their opinion on the products presented and build your Live around it! You'll be surprised at the number of responses you'll receive and it will bring "tangible" content to your Live.

Reply to live comments

Take the time to look at the exchanges on your chat and don't hesitate to quote aloud the nicknames involved; it's important to create a link. And above all, thank them for their active participation.

Animate your Live

Keep your audience's attention by integrating polls or quizzes into your Live. They appear directly on the screen; the users will be able to answer them and this will give you clues about the understanding of your product.

When you make a #LiveShopping, it is essential to appeal to interactivity; you play the proximity card and capitalize on the content brought by your audience. The more authentic you are in your exchanges, the more your community will become a full-fledged entity in your show - and that's a guaranteed success!

Question of the day "I'm asked how to get people to comment during your live shows?" Hop, hop, hop, it's this way. Hello, hello, I'm Karine and for those who know me, I give tips to improve your live shopping.

Are you dying to know what your community thinks? "oh yeah I'm meuuuurs" Well, ask them! "what's that simple"? look ecran..... "well yes"

That's the advantage of making a live! It is to be able to get in touch with your target.

Come on, let's put ourselves in the real condition of a live shopping! Imagine, you are filmed, facing the camera and you have a tablet in front of you which allows you to receive the questions of the Internet users.

To get your show off to a good start, remember to welcome your consos. Recite aloud all the first nicknames that appear in the chat on your tablet. "Hi Rex300, Hi Adrien342, Hi Emiline, Hi everyone..... "it's always a pleasure for the one who is watching you and it's like being part of the party! You can already start the exchange by asking a question like "tell us in the chat what interests you in the product of the day".

Then, when presenting your product or service, consider asking open-ended questions to get attendees to respond. "What do you think of our new product? What product are you currently using? "You will be surprised by the number of answers you will receive, and moreover it will feed your live and bring you content.

The moment comes when you want to answer one of the comments. Remember, the question is sent by the moderator to your tablet. Take the time to say the first name out loud to identify the person. This is important to create a link. And don't forget to thank them for participating. "thank you Vinceeeent".

To see if users are following what you say or to get answers on certain issues, launch a survey or quizzes. They will appear directly on the screen, the users will be able to answer them and this will give you clues about the understanding of your product.

In short, we exchange, we encourage and we stay connected. Live is a program that calls for interactivity. And above all, have fun! You can believe us, when you master this total fusion, it will be a real appointment that you would create with the audience.

Can't wait to see the results! It's your turn! Clap!
