How do you integrate the Caast solution in several places on the same page of an e-commerce site? This new function is now available on Caast, enabling the solution to be used across the entire e-commerce site. We wanted to find out more from Romain (Lead-Developer) to understand this breakthrough for Caast and our customers:
Hello Romain, can you tell us more about this new function?
Romain:
From the outset, Caast has been committed to simplifying the deployment of its Live Shopping services on our customers' e-commerce sites, aiming to eliminate any friction for our partners' teams. That's why Caast requires only a single script installation to run, while the complete configuration of displays and their placement can be found in our administration interface, eliminating the need to involve your technical teams.
However, we were limited to a single widget integration per page. Now, widgets can be integrated in as many places on a page as required.
It's now possible to highlight the next live event at the top of the page, a set of video shorts between two other elements of the page, followed by custom visuals, and finally a list of past live replays at the very bottom of the page.
Caast can be integrated on all your pages, in all the places you want, the way you want and always only via settings in our administration interface, without taking up the time of your in-house teams.
What impact has this update had on Caast?
Romain:
The increase in the number of displays will help improve the performance of all our customers' content. We've long been convinced that content feeds content. A user who sees a short video showing the highlights of the last live show is more likely to be interested in the next live show.
Multiplying the display of relevant content within our customers' pages increases their visibility and increases the opportunities to captivate a user while fostering loyalty.
How is this managed from the administration interface?
Romain:
Our desire to expand display possibilities prompted us to rethink the way we configured content in our administration interface. With this update, we've consolidated these configurations into a single interface that simplifies overall management. You'll now have more options at your disposal, while benefiting from greater simplicity in understanding and customizing displays.
When will this new feature be available to Caast customers?
To say that it's already up and running, tested with customers and that anyone can now use it
Romain:
This new feature is already up and running, having been successfully tested with our customers. We're delighted to announce that everyone can now use it!
Thank you Romain for your time!
